Client escalation. Jumping into a fire and need to get up to speed fast? Ask your AI to pull transcripts and summaries with @clientdomain.com and get perfect recall on every conversation your team has had.
Board prep. Search by a board member's email to surface every relevant meeting. Pull the dossier for your upcoming board meeting to see attendee context and past discussion history.
New hire onboarding. Hand someone the full history of a client relationship in seconds. Pull all artifacts from a project, or search by company domain to find every meeting involving that account.
Weekly review. Ask for your action items from this week's meetings. Get summaries across your 1:1s, standups, and leadership meetings without opening a single recording.

Ambient's MCP server is a secure, read-only connection between your Ambient account and your AI tool.
When you ask a question, your AI calls Ambient's tools behind the scenes to search and retrieve data, then brings the results back into your conversation.
Permission-scoped. You only see meetings, artifacts, projects, and files you're authorized to access within your organization.
Read-only. Your AI can retrieve information from Ambient but cannot modify or write data back.
