Ambient AI Chat is a powerful new tool designed to enhance productivity and streamline your workflow. With this feature, you can now perform a variety of tasks directly through AI chat, making your interactions with meetings and emails more efficient and insightful.

Key Features

  1. Quick Actions:

    • Drafting Follow-Up Emails: Quickly create follow-up emails based on meeting summaries. The AI uses your instructions to draft the email, which you can then copy, paste into your inbox, and send.

    • Creating Agendas: Generate agendas for upcoming meetings that include specific topics discussed previously, actions to be taken, and assigned owners.

  2. Interrogating Meeting Transcripts and Email Threads:

    • Asking Specific Questions: If there are details missing from a meeting or email summary, you can ask specific questions to the AI to get the information you need.

  3. Customizing Prompts:

    • Creating and Saving Custom Prompts: You can create your own prompts tailored to your needs, such as a discovery call summary. These prompts can be saved as quick actions for easy access and reuse.

Upcoming Enhancements

  • Project View Integration: Soon, you will be able to chat within a project, gaining insights from multiple meetings and emails tied to that project. This will include identifying blockers, dependencies, and execution insights.

  • Org-Wide Chat: The next phase will enable organization-wide chat, providing instantaneous access to status updates, reports, and execution insights across all projects.
