twine makes it easy for Zoom hosts to create connection by enabling advanced breakout rooms and speed networking.
There are four ways for you to find the twine for Zoom App to download it.
β οΈ If at any point, you run into an error, it is likely because Zoom Apps has not been enabled for your account. Follow these steps to get them enabled.
β Install from a Zoom Meeting By Using the Essential Apps Dock
If you are a Zoom One subscriber, you now have access to a number of premium Zoom Essential Apps, which will appear on a dock in your Zoom client
As a Zoom Essential App, twine is pre-installed for you in the Essential Apps Dock. Click on the twine logo and sign in to authorize the app
π Install from a Zoom Meeting By Searching for the App in a Meeting
If you have Zoom Apps enabled on your desktop Zoom client, Click the "Apps" button at the bottom of the Zoom toolbar
Click the "Discover" tab
Search for "twine for Zoom" in the search bar
Select the app from the list and click "Add"
If Zoom apps are enabled, you will be prompted to authorize twine for Zoom
The twine for Zoom app does not need shared access permissions; you can authorize without checking this setting.
If you get an error message on this page, Zoom apps have not been enabled for your account and you can follow these steps to get them enabled.
π Install Directly From The Zoom App Marketplace
Sign into the Zoom App Marketplace
Ensure you are signed in to the Zoom App Marketplace using the same Zoom account that you are logged into the Zoom desktop client with.
Click "Visit Site to Add"
If Zoom apps are enabled, you will be prompted to authorize twine for Zoom
The twine for Zoom app does not need shared access permissions; you can authorize without checking this setting.
If you get an error message on this page, Zoom apps have not been enabled for your account and you can follow these steps to get them enabled.
π₯οΈ Install Directly From the Zoom Meeting Client
If you are not in a Zoom meeting, open your Zoom App on your computer
Ensure you are signed into the Zoom desktop client with the same Zoom account that you are logged into with on the Zoom website.
Click the "Apps" button on the top menu bar and click "Discover"
On the left hand side, search for twine for Zoom and click on the app to download
If Zoom apps are enabled, you will be prompted to authorize twine for Zoom
