πŸ‘€ Reassign Post Ownership

Transfer ownership of meeting posts individually or in bulk. Click the edit icon next to any published post's owner name to reassign it inline, or multi-select posts in the feed and reassign them all at once. A searchable user picker shows display name and email so you can find the right person quickly. Inline changes apply immediately; bulk transfers run in the background. Access lists, attendees, and project associations stay the same.

πŸ” Filter Feed by Post Owner

New Owner dropdown in the feed lets you narrow results to a specific person's posts. Admins can filter by any workspace user; non-admins see only posts they already have access to. Combines with existing search and tag filters. This is also the starting point for the bulk reassign workflow: filter by owner, select all, reassign.

πŸ—‘οΈ Bulk Delete

Select multiple items in the feed, Drafts, or My Meetings and delete them all at once. A confirmation modal shows the count before anything is removed. Non-admins can delete their own posts; admins can delete any post in the workspace. Deletion is permanent.

βš™οΈ Bulk Disable and Re-enable Users

User Management in Workspace Settings now supports multi-select. Admins can select multiple users and disable or re-enable them in one action. When disabling, you can reassign the affected users' posts to another team member or leave them as-is. Disabled users lose access to Ambient and their meeting bots are cancelled. Re-enabling restores access and resumes bot scheduling.
