📅 Dashboard Views
You can easily switch between two dashboard views to suit your preference:
🕒 Day View: See meetings in time-block format.
📝 Agenda View: View meetings as a list.
🎙️ Initiating Recording
If Ambient is not set to auto-record, you can manually start recording from your dashboard.
Active or upcoming meetings appear as quick-action cards.
When you start recording, Ambient joins your meeting. You will see a real-time status indicator.
⏸️ Pausing and ▶️ Resuming
You can pause Ambient anytime during an active meeting, directly from your dashboard.
While paused, Ambient clearly shows in-meeting participants that recording has stopped to ensure everyone's comfort.
Resume recording at any time without needing to rejoin manually.
⏹️ Stopping Recording
Click Stop to end the recording completely.
After stopping, you can review your meeting summary and transcript.
📑 Reviewing Meeting Summaries
Transcripts now feature improved readability, with clearer sentences and fewer line breaks.
Paused sections of your meeting are indicated clearly as blacked-out blocks, showing no audio or video was captured during these intervals.
