🎁 3 New Things with Ambient Projects

Easier Collaboration:
Now, anyone with access to a meeting or email summary can add it to a project—not just the summary owner. We’ve revamped our access model to make it more flexible and inclusive.

AI Chat + Shared Insights:
Collaborate smarter! Anyone on a project’s share list can use AI Chat to generate insights from included artifacts (as long as they have access to the original files).

Create Projects Anywhere:
Start a project directly from any meeting, email summary, or Slack digest—no need to navigate back to the Projects section.

🐞 Bug Fix: No More Duplicate Assistants from Outlook Calendars

Problem: Multiple assistants from Outlook calendars within the same organization were joining meetings, causing confusion.

Solution: We now deduplicate assistants for users in the same organization, prioritizing the assistant belonging to the meeting owner whenever possible.

⚠️ Important: We’ve heard feedback that this may make it harder to identify the meeting summary, as it’s unclear whose assistant joins the call. We’re actively working on a solution—if this issue affects you, please reply to help us validate our fix!

🔗 Coming Soon: CRM Integrations!

We’re excited to announce that CRM integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce will be available as an add-on.

With our standard integration, you'll be able to create/update contacts and related deal/opportunity records with meeting context, automatically.

Every organization is unique, and our new integration infrastructure enables us to handle custom objects, meet specific requirements, and integrate with other systems beyond CRM.
