Inbox Delivery: You’ll receive the pre-read and agenda directly in your inbox one hour before the meeting.
Getting Started
Link Your Assistant: Make sure your Ambient is connected to your calendar and set to auto-join your events.
Schedule Recurring Meetings: Set up your meetings as you normally would.
Check Your Inbox: Look out for the pre-read and agenda email one hour before your meeting.
Key Details
Currently, only the meeting organizer—the individual whose Ambient assistant is linked to the calendar event—receives these notifications.
We’re working on expanding this feature to allow other participants to receive these updates, with the organizer in control of that setting.
