Ambient’s Automated Agendas and Pre-reads feature ensures you’re always ready for your upcoming recurring meetings. By generating concise pre-reads and draft agendas based on the content of your previous meetings, we keep you and your team on the same page.

How It Works

  • Draft Agendas: Based on previous discussions, Ambient outlines a suggested agenda for your upcoming meeting, keeping your meeting goals clear.

  • Automatic Pre-reads: Ambient compiles key takeaways, action items, and relevant notes from your last meeting into a focused summary.

  • Inbox Delivery: You’ll receive the pre-read and agenda directly in your inbox one hour before the meeting.

Getting Started

  1. Link Your Assistant: Make sure your Ambient is connected to your calendar and set to auto-join your events.

  2. Schedule Recurring Meetings: Set up your meetings as you normally would.

  3. Check Your Inbox: Look out for the pre-read and agenda email one hour before your meeting.

Key Details

  • Currently, only the meeting organizer—the individual whose Ambient assistant is linked to the calendar event—receives these notifications.

  • We’re working on expanding this feature to allow other participants to receive these updates, with the organizer in control of that setting.
